In 2019, the Rauch Family Foundation adopted a set of focus areas to help define our grant-making and provide a framework for decision-making rooted in the desire to fund cost-effective, evidence-based, and transformational projects, programs, and organizations.

In 2022, we undertook a review of these focus areas to focus our learning, increase the impact of our community investments, and develop areas of expertise unified under an approved strategic mission.

In 2024, we approved and adopted a mission statement that we hope will serve as our philanthropic compass and our guide, holding us on a steady course of accountability, in service of supporting some of the world’s most underserved and underrepresented communities.
